The CFMS Transaction ID is a unique reference number assigned to payments made through the Andhra Pradesh Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS). This ID is essential for tracking transactions, verifying payment status, and resolving payment-related issues.
Method 1: Checking the Payment Receipt
- After making a payment on the CFMS portal, you receive a receipt.
- The Transaction ID is usually printed on the receipt under “Transaction Details” or “Payment Reference ID.”
- Keep a copy of this receipt for future reference.
Method 2: Bank SMS/Email Confirmation
- If you paid using net banking, UPI, or a credit/debit card, your bank may send an SMS or email with transaction details.
- The Transaction ID might be included in the message as “Transaction Reference Number” or similar.
Method 3: Checking CFMS Portal Challan Status
- If you don’t have the receipt, you can retrieve your Transaction ID by:
- Visiting the CFMS portal (https://cfms.ap.gov.in).

- Go to know your Challan (Image 1)
- Enter Challan Date and one of flowing -> Mobile Number, Remitter name, Remitter ID, Email ID (Image 2) and submit the form
- From the result you can find your Record and CFMS ID (Image 3)
