The CFMS Transaction ID is a unique reference number assigned to payments made through the Andhra Pradesh Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS). This ID is essential for tracking transactions, verifying payment status, and resolving payment-related issues.

Method 1: Checking the Payment Receipt

  • After making a payment on the CFMS portal, you receive a receipt.
  • The Transaction ID is usually printed on the receipt under “Transaction Details” or “Payment Reference ID.”
  • Keep a copy of this receipt for future reference.

Method 2: Bank SMS/Email Confirmation

  • If you paid using net banking, UPI, or a credit/debit card, your bank may send an SMS or email with transaction details.
  • The Transaction ID might be included in the message as “Transaction Reference Number” or similar.

Method 3: Checking CFMS Portal Challan Status

  • If you don’t have the receipt, you can retrieve your Transaction ID by:
    1. Visiting the CFMS portal (https://cfms.ap.gov.in).
    2. Navigating to Receipts link > Challan Status. (Not know where to find it? visit CFMS Challan Status you can find image guide)
    3. Go to know your Challan (Image 1)
    4. Enter Challan Date and one of flowing -> Mobile Number, Remitter name, Remitter ID, Email ID (Image 2) and submit the form
    5. From the result you can find your Record and CFMS ID (Image 3)
